Conference trip for 120 persons to France Brazz Brothers

Sandviken Symphony Orchestra occasionally embarks on an overseas tour. Tomas was contacted and immediately became the sounding board and planner. The orchestra already had a number of local contacts, but wanted help with everything from packing and the transport of instruments to travel, accommodation, meals and the programme for 10 days in France. As we are speaking about a concert tour involving 100-120 persons, a reconnaissance trip was a must, which under normal circumstances we make about a year before the actual main trip. The trip was intense as we visited and evaluated all imaginable locations, concert halls, restaurants and accommodation alternatives. After the reconnaissance trip we assessed and summarised our impressions and experiences. Together we chose and decided how we needed to implement the tour. Resekompani AB took care of the budget and managed all purchasing. Tomas accompanied the tour as a travel guide and took care of all the practical details during the trip, this made life easier for the orchestra’s own travel management. For the orchestra this was invaluable and gave the entire arrangement the quality demanded for a successful concert tour.
